Pistachio Brownies/ Negrese Cu Fistic

Another tea party organized by Emily's cupcakes. For this edition, yellow was the main colour, what is more beautiful and spring like? I had some problems in choosing the recipe, but you can't never go wrong with brownies, right? I added some pistachio, I didn't have pecan as required, but the result came out really tasty. My husband ate 4 pieces at once, and no, he wasn't hungry:)

Inca un tea party asteptat, marca Emily's cupcakes. Pentru aceasta editie s-a ales culoarea galben, ce e mai frumos si bun vestitor al primaverii? Am avut ceva probleme in alegerea retetei, dar cu brownies nu poti gresi niciodata, asa-i? Am pus si ceva fistic, pentru ca nu aveam nuci pecan asa cum cerea reteta, dar tare bun a mai iesit. Sotul meu a devorat 4 bucati dintr-o lovitura si nu, nu ii era foame;))

Ingredients (20 p.):
225g unsalted butter plus extra for greasing
room temperature
70g dark chocolate
125g plain flour
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
55g pistachio
100g demerara sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 egg
1 tsp milk
Method:
Grease a baking tin and line it with baking paper.
Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water and heat until it is melted. Meanwhile, sift together the flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder into a large bowl.
Finely chop the pistachio and set aside. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar, then mix in the almond extract and the egg. Remove the chocolate from the heat and stir into the butter mixture. Add the flour mixture, milk and chopped nuts to the bowl and stir until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking tin and smooth it. Transfer to a preheated oven, 180 C/350 F/gas mark 4, and cook for 30 minutes or until firm to the touch but little soft in the centre.
Remove from the oven and cool completely. Cut into 20 squares and serve.

Ingrediente:
225 g unt nesarat la temperatura camerei, plus extra pentru uns
70g ciocolata neagra
125g faina
3/4 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
1/4 lingurita praf de copt
55g fistic
100g zahar demerara
1/2 lingurita esenta de migdale
Un ou
1 lingurita lapte


Mod de pregatire:
Ungeti o tava cu unt apoi tapetati cu hartie de copt.
Topiti ciocolata la bain marie. Intre timp, cerneti faina, bicarbonatul si praful de copt.
Taiati fisticul. Intr-un bol mixati untul cu zaharul, adaugati esenta de migdale si oul. Luati ciocolata de pe foc si adaugati-o in bol. Mixati bine. Adaugati faina, laptele si fisticul, amestcand bine pana se incorporeaza totul.
Turnati compozitia in tava. Dati la cuptorul preincins la 180 grade si coaceti pentru 30 de minute pana este ferm la atingere dar putin moale in interior.
Lasati sa se raceasca complet apoi taiati in 20 de bucati.
